Godly Financial Increase 101

2023 has been a crazy year in the financial world.  I am a real estate lawyer and the interest rates and lending climate have definitely impacted the deal flow, and I’m very thankful that God has provided for me and my family during this crazy year.  But I don’t want to just sit back and hope that money comes.  I want to study God’s Word regarding money and God’s systems of provision.  I want to make sure I’m doing my part.  I want to go deeper with God and higher in my finances than ever before.  So I did another big study on money.  Here below are a lot of the key verses and points that I studied.  I know reviewing this and studying these verses will bless you.  Finances and Seedtime and Harvest Generally The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.   (Proverbs 10:22 NKJV) -God wants you to have easy riches, riches without sorrow, riches without painful toil. Seedtime and Harvest for Finances (and everything else)

Hello everyone, last week on my podcast I talked about whether a Christian should tithe.  That was a very important discussion because the vast majority of churches teach that Christians should tithe and that if you don’t you are cursed and robbing God.  As we saw, there are several reasons to tithe, and because of them I tithe and I do agree that everyone should tithe.  But I think we should teach tithing correctly and not improperly use fear of punishment or curses to encourage people to tithe.  That full teaching about tithing is on the Byron Howell Ministries podcast, and please consider listening to it. While tithing is probably the number one financial teaching in the Church today, the second most common financial teaching is called “seedtime and harvest.”  The simple idea behind seedtime and harvest is that if you sow a financial seed God will bring a financial harvest into your life.  While this core idea is Biblical, this concept has been improperly taught and abused widely.

Hello my friends.  I hope you have all been doing well.  Today we are going to talk about a variety of topics, and some popular verses, and I hope we are all going to learn more about living in God’s plans for our lives.  God’s plans for our lives is definitely one of my favorite subjects, and I hope you agree that it’s pretty important.  God truly does have a wonderful plan for each of our lives, but it won’t happen automatically.  We need to do our part and seek God’s will for our lives.  That said, I think we get the wrong idea about His plans, and I think we make this subject out to be far more complicated than it really is.  Or even if we don’t make it too complicated, we don’t get enough practical advice as to how to start living it.  The older I get, the more I believe we can easily find God’s plan for our lives.  At least we can easily get started. If you have heard any of my previous teachings on this subject, you may recall my point that God doesn’t have one specific dest
