You Can Move Mountains

You can move mountains.  You can slay giants.  You can take the land.  You can find answers to the most difficult questions.  You can work miracles.  You can do anything and everything is possible for you.  (Matthew 17:20, Matthew 19:26) 

God designed you to live and operate in His supernatural power.  You are called to have His power at your disposal to dominate your life and anything that would stand in your way.  (Genesis 1:26, Matthew 3:11, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-5, Acts 2:14-18)

God designed you to have complete access to all the wisdom in the universe.  You are called to walk in God’s supernatural wisdom and knowledge.  (1 Corinthians 1:30, Colossians 2:3, James 1:5)

God’s wisdom and power are available so you can live in your highest possible existence and be the greatest possible blessing to the world around you.  Yes, there are many oppositions to God’s true will of abundance and blessings for your life, physical and spiritual.  But God has given us all that we need to overcome every opposition.  (1 Corinthians 2, Matthew 6:18-19, Luke 10:19, 1 John 5:4)

You are destined to be a champion, a man or woman of God, a blessing to the earth, a beacon of God’s love to humanity.  And this is true for all of us.  The most wonderful callings, blessings and truths are available to all of God’s people.  (Isaiah 60:1-7, John 10:10, Revelation 1:5-6)

All of these possibilities are ours for the taking.  God’s will is not automatic for anyone, but it’s available to everyone (2 Peter 3:9).  Many of us have lived far below our potential in Christ, myself included.  But this is God’s will for you, this is God’s will for all of us. 

We must completely submit to God’s will and our Christian reality (which actually frees us).  We must completely submit to God’s word (which actually frees our minds) (John 8:32 and 36, Romans 12:2).  And we must embrace the awesome glory, love, wisdom and power to which we are called.  It all comes from God, and He wants us to have it all so that the world can see it all.  (Matthew 5:13-16)

The Love Revolution

Recently I read a new book by Joyce Meyer, the Love Revolution.  I must say that it is fantastic.  It discusses the Christian duty to love and gives inspiration and education on the subject.  Joyce wisely teaches us more about love and how to love.  But really, Joyce doesn't just want us to read a book, she wants a revolution, one that I can proudly say I've joined. I don't think we can overstate the importance of love to Christians.  Jesus said that by our love for each other people would recognize us as Christians.  Jesus said that the two most important commandments are for us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and for us to love our neighbor as ourselves.  Then Jesus gave us a new commandment, enhancing the second one above, that we should love people as Christ loved us.  Christ sacrificed Himself so that we could be saved and have better lives, only because He loved us.  Therefore we must also le...
